Mould is one of the key parts of the paper pulp moulding product line ,whose shape ,structure and precision have directly effects on the final size , appearance and production efficiencyof the product .On the basic of the technic and experience for many years ,we design by 3D ,and machining by CNC equipment to make the mould structure resonable , high precision ,good interchanging .The filtration net of the forming mould applies stainless steel .The mould are made from aluminum magnesium alloy , cuprum , stainless steel , high- intensity colophony and so on .We provide any kinds of standard moulds of egg tray ,egg carton ,fruit tray .And we can also produce according to the model the customer demand .
